170 I think

Clearly my weight is going nowhere but holding steady and clearly I am still horrible about updating this page. I ate pretty bad since last thursday. I have moments but then I am like "FEED ME" I think it may be called PMS.

On a good note, I have actually excercised everyday this week so far except today. Monday I did my elliptical and Pilates, Tuesday I did my elliptical, Wednesday I did my elliptical for a whopping 40+ minutes and yesterday I did my elliptical for 30 and Pilates again! Woo-hoo... the only problem is I swear it makes me hungrier! Argh!!

So I am glad to know people read this every once in awhile. Thank you for your comments :) Now I know I can not fail! Not with everybody watching! Thanks guys or shall I say girls!

Well, time to get back to work. I'm out!

Hey the key is to burn more calories than you intake... Easier said than done I know but it sounds like you are on your way with all you excersizing... Me now that's another story but I'm staying steady at loss of 10 pounds.

I have to give you credit. I tried pilates today - only got about five mintues in and called it a day! Keep it up!
