Well I am back under 170. For how long, who knows. I am attaching a picture of me at my sister's wedding about 2 years back at 169. Yeesh, if this is how I look at 169 can you imagine what the 177 looked like! I want to post it with my name so it always pops up but I can't seem to figure it out.
