YAY ME! I'd have even more reason to shout if I hadn't pigged out on Mrs. G.'s carmel corn last night and Sunday night. Not to mention Sunday's visit to Burger King where I chowed down on a chicken sandwich w/cheese. Not the grilled chicken either and luckily the fries tasted like poo so I only ate a few. To make things worse I went to the cider mill and ate 2 greasy cinnamony doughnuts Mmmm....

Other than Sunday's binge fest I have been doing ok. I went grocery shopping and bought healthy stuff. The only problem is it tends to cost more. What is more important though money or my health? My health silly!

I went on the elliptical for 20 minutes yesterday morning but I need to do better with that and incorporate some other activities like the dreaded sit-ups! But they only take five minutes if that... a commercial break really!! I CAN DO IT!!

Well, I have to get to work. Happy Halloween and to all of you I never see, which is most of you, I love and miss you all... and I really miss a certain one down south whom I wish I would've kept in better touch with all these years! (You know who you are!)

175.2... I think

At least I was yesterday! I have been trying Weight Watchers now for about a week and I have been following it pretty good but this past weekend I was bad. It is so hard to eat healthy when you are out of town. And I admit I have been horrible with the elliptical. While I have been pretty busy I have had time to climb on it, I have just chosen not to. SLACKER!!!

WHAT IS MY PROBLEM!!!!

Jiminny Cricket! Well it's better than 178. What did I eat... I don't even remember. I am too young for senior moments! Hmmm let me think... Chex Mix for breakfast (hey Chex is Cereal...) 1/2 of Scott's left over sandwhich from the day before, it was eggplant, zuchinni some type of cream cheese... it was really rather yummy, a coke, chicken marsala and malt balls... (or Robin's Eggs left over from easter. However you want to look at it.) I even got on my elliptical for 20 minutes. I have to work back up on time since I have been off of it for awhile. It's tough, but strangely fun and gratifying.

I have got a tremendous headache at the moment and I want to make it go away but it refuses to leave! Funny how you can have a headache when you have already lost your mind!

1-1/2 days until I go see my family. Yay! I think I will take the long way and drive along the lake for a change. It is area I have never seen or at least not since I was very young. I hope it is nice and sunny that day!

178... woops

Yikes! I'd like to say that I don't know how that happened but clearly I do. PMS... cookies... no excercise... hot dogs at baseball games... more cookies... hmmm cookies sound good... Very bad girl!!!

Obviously not much seems to be working!! Actually I was down to 173 last week but I couldn't log that because I was so busy! I can barely breathe I am so busy! I don't really like it either!

It is so soggy and wet and dreary outside right now. It has completely put me in the dumps! Well that and pms. On the brightside I am going away this weekend to spend time with my family. YAY! I am very excited to go and see everyone! There is nothing better than family. NOT EVEN COOKIES!

Well that is all for now. I am going to try and be better at posting and weight watching!

Weird... I ate graham crackers for breakfast, lunch - apple and easy mac and dinner was a pork chop, mushroom rice, corn, glass of milk and 3 pieces of chocolate that I found hiding in my back-pack. (Relax - they were only from last weekend!!) and I did not elliptical but I cleaned my very messy unorganized living room and kitchen! How did I lose 3 pounds virtually overnight? I may have lost 3 pounds of water that came from eyeballs last night when I had a slight nervous break-down while I was writing my bills and doing my budget... so not pretty! So I may have found a new diet for my future called un-intentional starvation! I'll let you know how it works!!

I must get back to work now!! Ciao!

I am so frustrated right now. I was doing good. While I was not making huge progress I was making a little. I was so busy last week I did not have time to post. I have gained my weight back and I wasn't even that bad last week. I was sick so I didn't eat too much but I also didn't excercise. I didn't excercise partly because I was sick and partly because I didn't have time. I can't even believe how incredibly busy I was last week! I have increased my hours at work due to new responsibilities, I dog sat Monday & Tuesday night, Wednesday I had a meeting at church, Thursday I babysat for my bosses kids, Friday I went to the symphony and Saturday I worked 7 hours! Yesterday I went to church and slept!!!

I just can't get a handle on my weight or my life for that matter. Things are so screwed up right now! Too much stress! Work, weight and MEN!!! UGH!!!! I need a vacation. A nice long vacation on a beach in the sun away from everything and everyone. Calgon take me away!

I hope I can get my life back on track this week. Say a little prayer for me please! I can use all the help I can get!!!
