Well Happy New Year everyone!! My resolution is a continuation of what this blog is about of course! I got off to a slow start as I was sick last week and it is not easy to adhere to anything when you are not feeling well! So today is the start of my weight loss/eat healthy/excercise resolution! It was going well previously until Christmas! I had lost 10 pounds but then gained about 7/8 back and now am back down to a total loss of about 8. Not so bad I guess. When I get back on that elliptical, which I will do, it will help out a lot I am sure! My Doctor is also tracking my weight now. I have 8 weeks to get my weight and body fat percentage down! I know I can do it, I just need to work on my willpower and not be a slave to cookies and chocolate! Exspecially chocolate cookies! Tee hee he!
I am trying to follow the weight watchers program which is really good and allows you flexibility. I just need to stick with it and account for everything!! I can eat pizza but then I best be eating a lot of veggies later!!
It really is teaching me how to make smarter choices.
