177.2 ... Hmm what happened to the title on my previous post? Perhaps that title thingy does not work! Oh Well...

At any rate I am in my early 30's and I am tired of my weight going up and down and up and down. It's ridiculous! I can't seem to make a weight sticko. I am hoping with my elliptical that I will be able to institute a routine and stick with it. I have done better than I thought but I am really bad at getting up in the morning to do it. I am more of an afterwork excerciser. I did do 10 minutes this morning after I finally rolled out of bed in fear of missing the garbage man for a second week in a row. HA I BEAT HIM!!!


I have been on my elliptical 3 times this week but I gorged myself on Taco Bell last night and fell asleep promptly thereafter to be awoken by my phone ringing with Janice on the other end yelling "Where are you" I was supposed to be at BW 3's at 8... woops!! sorry Janice... I have been so very sleepy lately. I don't understand. Scott says it's my favorite hobby... he may be right although I like to think that dreaming is my favorite hobby and you need sleep to do that... or at least if you want obscure dreams that make no sense.

So I have lost no weight since my challenge started even though I have been excercising and making some dietary changes. I do have to admit that my pants are fitting better though so that gives me some hope.

I am now faced with a weekend which always spells TROUBLE in the weight loss world, exspecially when you take into consideration that I have my Grandparent's 60th Anniversary Party tomorrow. Nothing like a party to make you eat like a pig. 60 years can you imagine? I can't even keep a boyfriend for more than a year at a time... in fact less. However this one is getting there and he's the sweetest, cutest thing ever. Awww... how sweet!!

Well, I must get back to work now. Oh joy...

Hey girl!!!! I'm so excited you have a blog. I've been told the best time to excersize is in the morning before you eat because you burn more fat or something along those lines and you need weight but low poundage and lots of reps. We'll have to get together soon. Love ya!!!!!
