See, now I am 174.4 and holding. It's been like a pound every 2 days this week. I will not complain. Exspecially since this morning I was able to get a pair of shoes on that I haven't been able to wear since June. Shoes I know... what can I say I gain weight in my feet. They fit at the store and when I got home they didn't fit anymore. It was very odd. V. V. odd.
Anyway - Dinner: Ritz crackers and tea, very bad I know but I didn't get home until 8:30 - Breakfast: 1 slice of whole grain toast w/applebutter and blueberry yogurt - mid-morning snack: a handful of oatbran sesame stix - Lunch: PB&J and a bowl of mushroom barley soup (if Scott remembers to bring it back.)
Excercise yesterday - well I traipsed around the mall and Kohl's for hours. Does that count? I bought entirely way too much stuff but I needed most of it. I finally bought throw pillows for my couch. Yay!! They look pretty good I think.
I used to write a lot of poetry when I was younger and I haven't done it in so long. So I bought a book that gives you excercises for writing to get back into it. Here is my favorite one that I have written recently. It is a limerick about Scott's dog.
There once was a dog named Scrappy,
Oh, he was a fine young chappy,
He chased all the squirrels,
And all of the girls,
Because that's what made him happy.
