Dinner: Cous-cous (which was v. v. aweome - thanks Mrs. G!), apples, brownie and a big glass of milk just like Mom taught me, Breakfast - a bowl of specail K and Lunch - PB&J and yogurt - I put the coke back in the fridge... good girl! Excercise - 35 minutes on elliptical and I am heading out for a walk right now.
Scale is still not where I want it, but I am wearing pants I have not worn in months and they feel comfortable and looser than usual. 175 and holding. YAY me!!

You are doing good, I am proud of you. I put back on the weight I lost from going to Tech. The funny thing is, is that I still ate healthy, but unfortunatley drank too much un-healthy... Love you miss you lots!!!!!!
