Actually I got 2 readings this morning. The other one was 171. I opted to post the lower one. What can I say... I have not been on my elliptical in awhile.. I am so bad! It however has not turned into a coat rack yet. I guess it's because it is the busy time of year for me. I have things going on with work, church and I actually have a life for a change... I've been baking, out of town, shopping and just tons of stuff. I'd like my life to slow down but that will not happen until next year I'm afraid. Even then I have 2 trips planned. 2 skiing trips actually. One in January and one in February. The punch line to that is that I don't ski. Scott on the other hand is a maniac! I will find things to do I am sure. It will just be nice to get away. I found out something that I thought was very funny and coincidental today. Scott loves to ski and the patron saint for skiing is Saint Bernard. Well those of you who know me really well, know that I have a rather strange attachment to my stuffed dog, which is a Saint Bernard and very cleverly named Bernard. (I was 7, what do you expect!!!) It's fate! We are so meant to be together! Tee he he! I am a dork!!! I love Scott and Bernard!!

Anywho I better be going. Unfortunately it's just back to the boring tasks at work that are my sad existence... *Sigh*
